First of all the most important and any easy to take step is to wear sunglasses while going out on a sunny day as there are many ultra violet radiations emitted by sun that can cause a major damage to one's eyes and the worst case of which is an eye cancer. Thus sun glasses play a very vital role in protecting one's eyes as they act as a protective shield. Now there is another very easy to practice exercise and can be done at any time without any major issue that is washing of eyes with fresh water. Whenever one goes out on roads at that time his or her eyes are exposed to very harmful dust and smoke which can badly damage the eyes therefore the very first step which should be taken is to wash eyes precisely using fresh cold water as this exercise will remove all the dust and smoke particles from eyes.
Many people have some sight problem due to which they have to wear a certain kind of spectacles according to their requirement but these spectacles do not look very good on face and most of the people hate wearing them and consequently they go for a very good alternative called the contact lenses. The contact lenses are no doubt very good and effective in their functioning but at the same time there are some problems which are also associated with these contact lenses which can lead to a major disaster as well. In order to avoid such situations one should have a proper knowledge about these contact lenses especially how they should be worn and how they should be cleaned. There are many other problems also which are associated with human eyes which can be tackled with by taking proper steps.

1. Less Saturated Fats
Following a diet which is low in saturated fat content is extremely important. Such a diet should ideally consist of foods which contain fewer saturated fats and complex carbohydrates. This is very important to make you skin look young always. Also your diet should have space for a minimum of four whole grain servings too and five servings of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. In such a situation fats should not account for anything more than thirty percent of the calorie intake.
2. Stay Active
Another key step as skin care for eyes is to exercise! You can make sure that the years don't take a toll on your body by doing at least twenty minutes of exercise. Research has proven that staying active will help maintain bone density and will also make sure that muscles stay strong and toned. Exercising will also help increase stamina. Just ten minutes of your time will help you to stay young. Make sure that you exercise at least thrice a week.
3. Include Antioxidants
Eat plenty of foods which are rich in antioxidants so that you can stay healthy and look younger. Without antioxidants it would be impossible for you to achieve any skin care for eyes. This is mostly because antioxidants play the key role in fighting the free radicals which attack the cells. Such components are the key reasons behind the aging of your skin and body. Stack up on the dark colored foods like blue berries and even tomatoes. Make sure you also eat foods which are rich in Vitamin E and C. Nutritional supplements are not the best idea but are acceptable.
4. Say No to stress
Everyone faces stress in their daily lives up to a certain extent. However, it is important for you to realize that unless you properly deal with stress, it can cause some serious side effects. Stress can actually make you look much older and make you look sick. Reducing the stress factors in your like will make you feel much better. Make some serious lifestyle changes and do meditation and other activities which can help you relax.
