Don't get upset with yourself over mistakes - If you eat poorly, get
back on your diet tomorrow. It is okay to indulge because without being
able to eat what you want you will eventually go crazy. If you have a
craving for your favorite food, it is okay to eat it sometimes, other
times you must fight that craving. But don't ever get down on yourself
for one mistake. Your workout career is long lasting and one mistake
doesn't characterize the whole thing.

point here is that it's better to do less today, and continue working
